Qualification
This Package is designed for married couples who are homeowners with a joint annual income in excess of US$85,000. Attendance at a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes is required to qualify for this Package. The promotional price is only available to married couples, both aged 30 years and older, and it is a condition to the Package that you travel and attend the presentation together. If you (as part of a qualified couple) or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the Package. Full retail cost of the Package is specified in the "Pricing" section below.

Package price is for a 1-bedroom apartment at Marriott's Bali Nusa Dua Gardens and it includes: daily buffet breakfast, 1 set lunch & 1 set dinner at MoMo Café for 2 adults and 2 kids below 12 years old and 10,000 Marriott Rewards® points. The retail value of this package is up to US$1600 and is based on current room rates at time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Standard retail value of the package which is up to US$360 per night. This offer is valid for one offer per family, and no groups. Travel date will be as of October 1, 2018.

Marriott's Bali Nusa Dua Gardens Romantic Getaway
Package price is for a Guestroom at Marriott's Bali Nusa Dua Gardens and it includes: daily buffet breakfast, 1 set lunch & 1 set dinner at MoMo Café, 60 minutes massage at the C-Spa for 2 adults and 10,000 Marriott Rewards® points. The retail value of this package is up to US$1100 and is based on current room rates at time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Standard retail value of the package which is up to US$360 per night. This offer is valid for one offer per family, and no groups. Travel date will be as of October 1, 2018.

Marriott's Mai Khao Beach – Phuket 4 Days/3 Nights Package
Package price is for a two-bedroom apartment at Marriott's Mai Khao Beach – Phuket. The retail value of this package is up to US$1,500 and is based on current room rates at time of print, which are subject to change without notice. Standard retail value of the accommodations is up to US$315 per night. This offer is valid for one offer per family, and no groups.

Marriott Rewards® points will be posted to your Marriott Rewards® account 6-8 weeks following the completion of the sales presentation. Participation in Marriott Rewards® is subject to the terms and conditions of the Marriott Rewards® program.

Expiry Date
This offer expires on 25 October 2018 and is subject to availability.

Restrictions
Additional nights, if available, will be charged at the seasonal rate. Airfare, transportation, and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest. The purchase of the promotional Package offer and accommodation does not earn Marriott Rewards® points other than the 10,000 awarded with this offer. Package price is non-refundable and package offer is non-transferable. Cancellation, no shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 14 days prior to arrival) will result in forfeiture of Package. Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. This Package is not available to Marriott Vacation Club members/owners or to employees of MVCI Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members, and guests that have attended another Marriott Vacation Club tour and sales presentation within the last 12 months. Marriott Vacation Club reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of offer. This program is void where prohibited by law. Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date. Marriott's Mai Khao Beach - Phuket 4 Days/3 Nights package is not available for the following dates: October 1 – 8, 2018, December 20, 2018 – January 2, 2019, February 3 – 10, 2019, April 19 – 22, 2019.

Other Conditions
A major credit card is required for check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchase the Package. Reservations are on a space available basis, advance booking required. The Package includes room and tax only unless otherwise specified. A written confirmation voucher is required upon check-in at the resort. Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club at the reservation hotline number. Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival, available for travel for 12 months from date of purchase and subject to availability.
