Package includes accommodation in a Deluxe guestroom for 3 nights at Marriott Vacation Club℠ at Surfers Paradise or Hinterland guestroom at Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa (subject to availability at time of reservation confirmation) including buffet breakfast for 2 adults for 3 days, 40,000 Marriott Rewards® points and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine or box of chocolates upon arrival. This Package is intended for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 14 years).
Qualification
This Package is designed for couples (married or living together for at least 2 years), homeowners with a joint annual income in excess of AUD$100,000. Attendance at a sales presentation about Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia lasting approximately 90-120 minutes is required to qualify for this Package. Should you be booked as a qualified couple (including spouse/partner), it is a condition to the Package that you travel and attend the presentation together. If you (as part of a qualified couple) or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the Package will be payable. Full retail cost of the Package is specified in the "Pricing" section below.
Pricing
Package cost and all applicable fees will be charged in Australian dollars. The Package price is AUD$599 per package. Guests staying on a Friday or Saturday night are subject to an AUD$75 per night surcharge. An AUD$100 per night high-season surcharge is payable for bookings from 21 September 2018– 13 October 2018, 22 December 2018 – 30 January 2019, 6 April 2019 – 28 April 2019, and 21 September 2019 – 13 October 2019 inclusive. Additional nights can be purchased, subject to availability, at a separate seasonal rate. Full retail cost of the Package is up to AUD$1,734 for a 3-night stay in a Deluxe Guestroom and is based on current prices at time of print which are subject to change without notice. Retail value of the accommodations is up to AUD$500 per night for a Deluxe Guestroom and AUD$800 per night for a 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite. Daily breakfast at Citrique Restaurant at Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort & Spa is valued at AUD$39 per adult. For an additional AUD$80 per night guests may upgrade into a 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite accommodating up to 5 family members (including a roll-away bed). Guests requiring a roll-away bed will be separately charged $40 per night. Marriott Rewards® points will be posted to your Marriott Rewards® account 6-8 weeks following the completion of the sales presentation. Participation in Marriott Rewards® is subject to the terms and conditions of the Marriott Rewards® program.

Restrictions
This Package is limited to one per household. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once. A flat AUD$75 reschedule fee applies. Group purchases or travel are not permitted. Additional nights, if available, will be charged at the seasonal rate. Airfare, transportation, and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest. The purchase of the Package offer and accommodation does not earn Marriott Rewards® points unless otherwise specified in the offer. Package price is non-refundable and package offer is non-transferable. Cancellation, no shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 14 days prior to arrival) will result in forfeiture of Package. Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. This Package is not available to individuals who have previously taken advantage of this offer or any other Marriott Vacation Club holiday offer, Marriott Vacation Club members/owners (whether of Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia or otherwise) or employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members. Club Resorts No. 1 Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of offer. This programme is void where prohibited by law.
Other conditions
A major credit card is required for check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchase the Package. Reservations are on a space available basis, advance booking required. This Package includes room and tax only unless otherwise specified. A written confirmation voucher is required upon check-in at the resort. Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club at the reservation hotline number (07) 5629 0300. Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival, and subject to availability.
