A full buffet breakfast and day passes for two adults to LEGOLAND®, MOTIONGATE™, BOLLYWOOD PARKS™ Dubai are included during the length of your stay. Day passes to Dubai Parks and Resorts and Marriott Rewards points are subject to separate terms and conditions. Qualification This promotional offer is designed for married couples aged between 30 and 65 with a joint annual income in excess of US $130,000. It is based on two adults sharing a hotel room. Attendance at a 90 minute presentation about Holiday Ownership with Marriott Vacation Club is required to qualify for this offer. It is a condition of this offer to attend the presentation together with your spouse. If either you or your spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, you will not be eligible for this offer and the full retail cost of the offer will be payable. Full retail cost of the offer is specified in the "Pricing" section below.
Pricing Cost of the offer is subsidised by Marriott Vacation Club. The subsidised price for the Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection offer is $199. Additional nights are subject to availability and will be charged at $300 per night at Lapita, Dubai Parks and Resorts, Autograph Collection. The full retail cost for this offer is up to $899 and is based on current prices, which are subject to change without notice.
Expiry Date This offer expires on 28th February 2018.
Restrictions No group bookings are allowed and only one Marriott Rewards card member of the same family unit may avail of this offer. This offer is nontransferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. This offer is not available to MVCI Holiday Owners, to individuals who have previously taken advantage of this offer or any other MVCI holiday offer. Employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and its affiliated companies and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible for the offer.
Rescheduling Once the travel date is confirmed, rescheduling is subject to availability and guests may only change their travel dates once. A flat US $50 rescheduling fee applies. Rescheduling is not possible within 7 days of arrival date. Additional fees may be applied depending on the travel season.
Cancellation Policy Should you wish to cancel your offer and/or reservation, for verification purposes you must do so in writing, signed by the lead name on the booking to Customer Service Department, MORI (Dubai Branch), JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, P.O. Box 62772, Mezzanine Floor, Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. To cover the cost of processing the cancellation and to compensate for other inherent business prejudice, there is a cancellation charge based on the following scale: 40% of the subsidized offer price for open dated packages purchased but not booked; 60% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked but cancelled 8 days or more before arrival date; and 100% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked but cancelled 7 days or less before arrival date. In the event Marriott Vacation Club decides unilaterally to cancel this offer, it shall compensate and refund you any money paid. We therefore recommend you obtain travel insurance to cover any losses you may incur.
