Pricing: Marriott Vacation Club at Surfer’s Paradise: Package cost and all applicable fees will be charged in Australian dollars. The Package price is $299 per package for 2 nights and $399 for 3 nights in a Deluxe Guestroom. For an additional $80 per night guests may upgrade into a 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite accommodating up to 5 family members (including a roll-away bed). Guests requiring a roll-away bed will be separately charged $40 per night. Guests staying on a Friday or Saturday night are subject to a $75 per night surcharge. Additional nights can be purchased, subject to availability, at a separate seasonal rate. Full retail cost of the Package is up to $1,000 per package in a Deluxe Guestroom and is based on current prices at time of print which are subject to change without notice. Retail value of the accommodations is up to $500 per night for a Deluxe Guestroom and $800 per night for a 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite. A $100 per night high-season surcharge is payable for bookings from 29 March - 22 April 2018, 21 September - 13 October 2018 and 24 December 2018 - 30 January 2019. This Package is limited to one per household. Group purchases or travel are not permitted. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once. Other conditions applicable to all packages: A major credit card is required for check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchase the Package. Reservations are on a space available basis, advance booking required. The Package includes room and tax only unless otherwise specified. A written confirmation voucher is required upon check-in at the resort. Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club at the reservation hotline number. Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival, available for travel for 12 months from date of purchase and subject to availability.
Qualification: This Package is designed for married/de-facto couples who are homeowners with a joint annual income in excess of US$85,000SGD$120,000. Attendance at a sales presentation lasting approximately 90-120 minutes is required to qualify for this Package. The promotional price is only available to married/de-facto couples, both aged 30 years or older, and it is a condition to the Package that you travel and attend the presentation together. If you (as part of a qualified couple) or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the Package will be payable.

This Package is not available to Marriott Vacation Club members/owners (whether of Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia or otherwise) or to employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members, and guests that have attended another Marriott Vacation Club tour and sales presentation within 12 months. Marriott Vacation Club reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of offer.
