Need to change or cancel your request?
As long as your Award(s) are not confirmed for use on a reservation, you may change or cancel your upgrade request without penalty by clicking here or by contacting your nearest Customer Engagement Center, but please do so no later than 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive.
Once your Award(s) have been confirmed, you must cancel the entire reservation to receive Award credits; however, after 3 p.m. local hotel time one day before you arrive, a reservation cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all Suite Night Awards™ applied to the entire reservation. This is in addition to any other cancellation penalties applicable to the reservation itself.
