| Strengthen your shoulders with this simple exercise. Grab weights and follow the sequence below.
|
|
Start with your arms extended in an L-shape, fists parallel to your ears, weights in hand.
|
|
|
|
|
Straighten your arms, pushing the weights above your head, palms facing out.
|
|
|
|
| Slowly return to your starting position. Perform 15 repetitions. Rest for 30 seconds. Repeat.
|
|
|
