As a reminder, here’s how Nightly Upgrade Award(s) work:

Redeem your award(s) directly on the Marriott Bonvoy app, at marriottbonvoy.com or call a Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Care Associate to request to use one or more awards for an upcoming stay. |
• |
When making your reservation, you have the opportunity to select the exact room types you'd like for your upgrade. |
• |
We’ll start looking for availability three days before your stay. If we find an available premium room or suite, it’s yours. We will email you as soon as we’ve secured your upgrade. |
• |
If we can’t find an available upgrade three days prior to arrival, we’ll send you an update and keep checking.

• |
If your award(s) can’t be confirmed by 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive, we’ll notify you via email and credit the award(s) back to your account.
|
• |
If you need to cancel your Nightly Upgrade Award(s) request, you must do so prior to 2 p.m. local time the day before you arrive and before the awards have been confirmed. |
