How Suite Night Awards Work*:

Redeem your award(s) directly on the Marriott Bonvoy app, at marriottbonvoy.com or call a Marriott Bonvoy Loyalty Care Associate to request to use one or more awards for an upcoming stay.

We’ll start looking for availability five days before your stay. If we find one, it’s yours. We will let you know as soon as we’ve secured your upgrade.

If we can’t find an available upgrade five days before arrival, we’ll send you an update and keep checking.

•

If your award(s) can’t be confirmed by 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before arrival, we’ll notify you via email and credit the award(s) back to your account.

•

If you need to cancel your Suite Night Awards request, you must do so prior to 2 p.m. local time the day before you arrive and before the awards have been confirmed.

*Important note: Starting in early 2024, Suite Night Awards will be called Nightly Upgrade Awards and will include nearly 20% more premium rooms and suites available for redemption across all participating brands. Also, upgrade requests will be confirmed closer to check-in, starting three days prior to arrival.
