Member feedback has played a huge part in shaping and influencing our program, and we are now excited to share an upcoming enhancement to the most distinguished benefit of Ambassador Elite — the Ambassador Service! Starting mid-2023, Ambassador Elite members will be assigned a personal Ambassador for all their travel needs.

To ensure we can continue to provide the highest quality of personal service to our most engaged and loyal members, we will be restructuring the Ambassador Elite qualifying achievement criteria. Starting January 1, 2023, the qualifying spend will increase by $23k.
In order to lock in your Ambassador Elite benefits before the program is updated — including the enhanced personal Ambassador — you must meet the criteria by the end of the year. Those that don't meet the criteria will still keep Titanium status in 2022.
