Members like you have played a huge part in shaping and influencing our program, and we are now excited to share an upcoming enhancement to the most distinguished benefit of Ambassador Elite — the Ambassador Service! Starting mid-2023, Ambassador Elite members will be assigned a personal Ambassador in order to have a single point of contact for all their travel needs.

To ensure we can continue to provide the highest quality of personal service to our most engaged and loyal members, we will be restructuring the Ambassador Elite qualifying spend criteria. Starting January 1, 2023, the qualifying spend will increase by $3k. This shift will ensure we can continue providing the highest quality of personal service — and will allow Marriott Bonvoy and our personal Ambassadors to give our most engaged and loyal members the service they deserve.
Keep your profile up to date to ensure your personal Ambassador will have the proper details to give you the best quality of care. We are also expanding preference tools you can access within your account to make it even easier for you to share what you like and don't like, and what's important to you.
