Rush MR Travel Packages

We recently announced that our new program is going live on August 18, 2018 and are working hard to ensure a smooth transition for you while we bring our systems together.

We noticed that you have a travel package certificate and we want to make sure you know the options for using it over the next few months:

•	If you know when you are traveling, we encourage you to attach your existing travel package certificate to your booking prior to August 18, 2018.
•	If you are still trying to plan that perfect trip, you can hold onto the certificate, but please note that we will have some system outages from August 18 through XX date where you will not be able to append the certificate.
•	Please note that as we move to our new award chart your current certificate will change from Category 9 to Category 6, giving you access to hotels up to 50k points.
•	If you have already added your certificate to your reservation, please note that between August 18 and XX date you will not be able to modify it. Please plan accordingly.
