New Member Number Created
On July 18, all of your old account information will be transferred to your new account including your upcoming reservations, points earned, Elite Night Credits and account history.

Activate Your New Account
At xx pm ET on July 18, your old account will be removed from our system, and you can activate your new online account using your new member number. There may be a 48-hour delay in seeing your full account history.

Note: You may be temporarily unable to access your account information on July 18 while we transfer your account. If you activate your account prior to the completion of the account update, your preferred email address will be overwritten by the email address previously in your account.

Update Your Member NumberAnywhere that you use your existing member number (like your work travel account), you should update it to the new member number. Don't worry — we will update any upcoming reservations in our system. |
