Need to cancel an Award request?
As long as your Award(s) are not confirmed for use on a reservation, you may change or cancel your upgrade request without penalty by clicking here or by contacting your nearest Customer Engagement Center. Please do so no later than 2 p.m. local hotel time the day before you arrive.
