TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Package details: Offer is sponsored and subsidised by Marriott Vacation Club as a marketing effort for its Vacation Ownership Plan. Package includes accommodation for 2 or 3 nights at Marriott's Mai Khao Beach or Marriott Vacation Club at Surfers Paradise (subject to availability at time of reservation confirmation). This offer is valid for two persons, one offer per family, and no groups. Offer valid for Marriott Rewards members and Specific addressee of this offer only. Special conditions apply, depending on the destination:
- Marriott's Mai Khao Beach
- The retail value of this package is up to US$1,500. Standard retail value of the accommodations is up to US$315 per night. Standard retail value of the round trip airport for two is up to US$50. Standard retail value of the welcome drink is up to US$10.
- In order to receive 10,000 Marriott Rewards points travel must be completed form April 1 – October 31, 2017. Marriott Rewards points will be posted to your Marriott Rewards account 6-8 weeks following the completion of the presentation. Participation in Marriott Rewards is subject to the terms and conditions of the Marriott Rewards program.
- Marriott Vacation Club at Surfers Paradise
- Package cost and all applicable fees will be charged in Australian dollars. The Package base price is $249 per package for a 2-night stay and $299 for a 3 nights stay. Package base price is payable at time of booking. Guests staying on a Friday or Saturday night are subject to a $50 per night surcharge. Up to two (2) additional nights can be purchased for a separate nightly charge. Full retail cost of the Package is up to $1,000 per package for a 2 night stay and $1,500 for a 3 night stay (staying in a Deluxe Guestroom) and is based on current prices at time of print which are subject to change without notice. Retail value of the Deluxe Guestroom accommodation is up to $500 per night and for the 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite $700 per night. Retail value of the resort voucher is $100 and is not redeemable for cash and is subject to expiration. A $75 per night high-season surcharge is payable for bookings from 24 December 2017 – 30 January 2018. For an additional $80 per night guests may upgrade into a 1-Bedroom Deluxe Suite accommodating up to 5 family members. Guests requiring a roll-away bed will be separately charged $40 per night. Guests travelling between 22 April 2017 and 15 September 2017 and staying outside of a Friday and/or Saturday night will receive a complimentary additional night or a $100 resort voucher to use on their stay.
- Depending on availability, accommodation may be offered in alternative hotel and room types including a standard hotel room. This Package is intended for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children (under the age of 14 years).
A major credit card is required for check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchase the Package. Reservations are on a space available basis, advance booking required. The Package includes room and tax only unless otherwise specified. A written confirmation voucher is required upon check-in at the resort. Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club at the reservation hotline number. Reservations must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival, available for travel for 9 months from date of purchase and subject to availability.
Qualification: This Package is designed for couples (married or cohabiting), homeowners with a joint annual income in excess of US$65,000/AUD$100,000. Attendance at a sales presentation lasting approximately 90-minutes is required to qualify for this Package. The promotional price is only available to married couples, both aged 30+, and it is a condition to the Package that you travel and attend the presentation together. If you (as part of a qualified couple) or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the Package will be payable. Full retail cost of the Package is specified in the "Pricing" section below.
Restrictions: This Package is limited to one per household. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once. A flat $75 reschedule fee applies. Group purchases or travel are not permitted. Additional nights, if available, will be charged at the seasonal rate. Airfare, transportation, and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest. The purchase of the promotional Package offer and accommodation does not earn Marriott Rewards® points unless otherwise specified in the offer. Package price is non-refundable and package offer is non-transferable. Cancellation, no shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 14 days prior to arrival) will result in forfeiture of Package. Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. This Package is not available to Marriott Vacation Club members/owners (whether of Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia or otherwise) or to employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members, and guests that have attended another Marriott Vacation Club tour and sales presentation within 12 months. Marriott Vacation Club reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of offer. This programme is void where prohibited by law.
