TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1 This email is coming from Marriott since you are a valued Marriott Rewards member and credit cardmember. As a part of this marketing campaign, if you refer friends, and your friends' email addresses are not on Chase's email opt-out database, Chase will send an email to them with information on how to apply for the credit card offer. Chase is responsible for the fulfillment of the 10,000 points for you as well as the 50,000 points for your friend. You will receive 10,000 bonus points for each friend you refer through this Refer A Friend offer by December 9, 2015 (up to 5), who gets and uses the card by April 13, 2016. Maximum bonus point accumulation for this offer is 50,000 bonus points. Chase may provide you with future opportunities to earn bonus points by referring your friends to Marriott Rewards Premier. You may earn bonus points up to the stated maximum for each offer, however, please note that if you take advantage of multiple opportunities within one calendar year that the maximum number of bonus points that can be awarded from all referral offers is 50,000 per calendar year. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after each new cardmember's First Use of the card for bonus points to post to your credit card account. ("First Use" is a purchase, balance transfer, or any check that accesses the account, and does not include cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including an annual fee, if applicable.) Your bonus will appear on your Chase statement as "Refer-a-friend bonus."
2 By referring friends you agree to allow Chase to send an email on your behalf inviting them to apply for the Marriott Rewards Premier card. Your friends' email addresses will only be used for this offer and will not be used for any other marketing solicitations or sold to third parties. If your friend already has a Marriott Rewards Premier account or your friend's email address is in Chase's email opt-out database, no email will be sent. Due to the confidential nature of the credit approval process, Chase cannot disclose information on who has applied, nor will you be notified whether Chase approved or declined any application(s) from the individual(s) you refer.
Chase employees are not eligible to refer friends for this promotional offer.
