MasterCard Security Alerts for each compromise card case are posted under the ATM & Debit Customers menu => Product Information => Product Announcements & Updates. There are four (4) MasterCard compromise card cases. The case numbers are: MCA024-CAN-07 MCA024-LAC-07 MCA024-US-07 MCA106-EU-07 An instruction sheet is posted along with the Security Alert for each case. Complete one Reimbursement Form for each compromise card case. The Reimbursement Form is an Excel spreadsheet which is posted on the Client Resource Center under the ATM & Debit Customers menu => Product Information => Client Forms => MasterCard Compromise Reimbursement Form. The Reimbursement Form may also be obtained by using the link on the Instruction sheet for each compromise card case. Completed Reimbursement Forms must be returned to Elan by Friday, 12/14/07.
