"During a routine eye exam, my doctor noticed that the veins in my eyes had an orange tint to them, and it could be a sign of high cholesterol. My doctor referred me to my medical doctor and he confirmed that I did have high cholesterol.
I am generally very healthy and never go to the doctor unless something is drastically wrong. I feel really fortunate that my eye doctor was able to detect this condition in an eye exam."

3. Release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless VSP from any and all liability, including, but not limited to, claims for libel and right to privacy, in connection with this matter.
4. This Release is intended as the complete agreement as to and on this subject matter.
