We received a notification from a mobile device carrier that your mobile device has been blocked from receiving text messages. As a result, all U.S. Bank alerts being sent to this device were deactivated. This may have occurred because you've switched mobile carriers. To reactivate your U.S. Bank alerts, please follow the below steps:
  • Text "unblock" to 8722675 (USBANKS).
  • You'll receive a text message to your mobile device confirming receipt of your "unblock" request.
  • After receiving this text message, login to U.S. Bank Internet Banking and select "Alerts" from the menu on the left hand side of the screen.
  • Set up your U.S. Bank alerts.
