Refinance details
This offer is only eligible for 1-unit owner-occupied primary
residences and 1-unit second homes. Refinance transactions must
meet all investor requirements which include but are not limited
to: Minimum credit and employment standards; LTV and CLTV
maximums; Private Mortgage Insurance if LTV is greater than
80.00%; execution of a subordination agreement for all
junior/second liens; a new appraisal; and any other requirements
or fees set forth by the investor necessary to obtain credit or
property loan approval.

Closing Costs/Fees
Standard U.S. Bank Home Mortgage closing costs will be assessed
on your new loan including a non-refundable application fee of
