As of July 1, 2008, the advertised Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is available in conjunction with any U.S. Bank Five Star Personal Banking Package (where applicable) loan to value (LTV) of 80% or less and credit limit equal to or greater than $20,000 - 100,000 or more, depending on area. Different rates apply for other LTVs and credit limits. The APR will vary with Prime Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal. As of July 1, 2008, the variable rate for lines of credit is 4.49% APR to 9.49% APR. The rate will not exceed 25% APR or below 3.99% APR. An annual fee of up to $90 may apply after the first year.
