The U.S. Bank Mobile Trial is coming to a close, and we want to
talk with you about your experiences.

It doesn't matter if you made 1 purchase or 100 purchases; we
want to hear from you! U.S. Bank will be conducting 30-minute
phone interviews with trial participants. After completing the
phone interview, you'll receive a $50 credit to your U.S. Bank
MasterCard(R) credit card account as a thank you. Your responses
will be kept safe and confidential.

Interviews will be conducted during the following dates and times
(Pacific Time):

Wednesday, August 6     8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.		
Thursday, August 7      12:00p.m. - 8:00p.m.
Friday, August 8        7:00a.m. - 4:00p.m.
Saturday, August 9      10:00a.m. - 2:00p.m.		

To schedule a specific date and time, please email us at
mobiletrial@usbank.com or call 208-666-7547. If you do not
schedule an interview time with us, we will simply call you
during the above times.

It's very important that we hear from all of our participants. If
the above dates and times don't work for you and you would like
to provide your feedback, please email us at

with you to set up another time.
