It doesn't matter if you made 1 purchase or 100 purchases; we
want to hear from you! U.S. Bank will be conducting 30-minute
phone interviews with trial participants. After completing the
phone interview, you'll receive a $50 credit to your U.S. Bank
MasterCard® credit card account as a thank you. Your responses
will be kept safe and confidential.
