| U.S. Bank is pleased to introduce Pivot. Built to streamline your daily and monthly reporting while providing options for statement customization, Pivot removes complexities and allows you to focus on what’s important — your core objectives.

To log into Pivot now.

To log in to Pivot, follow these quick setup steps:

Go to https://itcportal.usbank.com. |
| 2. |
Enter your existing TrustNow Essentials or IT&C Portal user ID and click Continue. |
| 3. |
Enter your existing password and click Logon. The “Let’s Get Started” page appears. |
| 4. |
Click Begin. |
Note: A page indicator shows your progress as you complete steps in the registration process.
| 5. |
Scroll down and review the terms and conditions. |
| 6. |
Select the “I agree to the Terms & Conditions” checkbox. |
| 7. |
Click Continue. |
| 8. |
Answer three security questions (You will be prompted at random to answer a security question when you log on from another computer and/or make security preference changes). |
| 9. |
Optionally, select the “Ask me a security question every time I log in” checkbox. |
| 10. |
Click Continue. |
| 11. |
Select an option from the “Image Types” drop-down list and click an image to select it. |
| 12. |
Enter a security phrase and click Continue. |
| 13. |
Click Continue to confirm your security settings. To change your security settings, click the Change hyperlink that applies. |
| 14. |
Confirm your email address and phone number and click Continue. |
| 15. |
Activate one or more accounts. |
To log into Pivot now.
If more than 25 accounts are linked to your user ID, the “Select Accounts” page appears and displays a list of your accounts in a table. Select the accounts that you want to activate and click Finish. Up to 500 accounts can appear in the table at one time. Use the table’s search feature to quickly find accounts. If fewer than 26 accounts are linked to your user ID, the system will activate all of your accounts. The “Account Settings complete” message appears.
Access to your legacy system will be available for 60 days. After February 27, any account groups, added accounts, scheduled statements or reports that you add to a legacy site (TNE and IT&C Portal) will not transfer to Pivot.
