PREPARING FOR PIVOT |
| Starting Monday, March 2nd, U.S. Bank Institutional Trust & Custody will be enhancing your online user experience with the upgraded account portal, Pivot. The portal upgrade will deliver enriched features and functionality to meet your statement and reporting needs. |

After March 2nd, any account groups, added accounts, scheduled statements or reports you add to a legacy site (TNE or IT&C Portal) will not transfer to Pivot. Access to your legacy system, however, will be available for 60 days.
Watch for further details related to Pivot over the next few weeks. Please contact your Relationship Manager or Account Manager with any questions. You may also contact our Resolution Center from 1a.m. – 10p.m. CST at 1-866-252-4360 Monday through Friday.
