Your account security is a top priority for us. We are sending you a new credit card as a precaution to protect your account from unauthorized transactions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Your new card is being mailed to your account address on file in a plain white envelope. When it arrives, you’ll notice that the expiration date and the security code on the back of your card have changed. The card number remains the same.
At this time, we haven’t detected any unusual activity on your current card, but we do ask that you keep an eye on your card transactions and let us know right away if you see anything suspicious. Remember, your account is protected with zero fraud liability¹, which means you are not responsible for unauthorized transactions made to your account.
Your old card will stop working once you activate your new card. If you don’t activate your new card, your old card will shut down within a few weeks.² |
 |
New Card Checklist:
| • |
Activate and sign the back of your new card |
| • |
Destroy card(s) with the old expiration date |
| • |
Contact or log in at any businesses or service providers that automatically bill your card (for example, subscription services or other automated payments), and update your card information |
|
You can easily review your transactions online, over the phone or on your statement. If you do not recognize a transaction, we’re available 24/7 to help — just call the number on the back of your card and press zero to talk with one of our U.S.-based customer service representatives.
