Significant Growth Results in Key Hires Following another strong year for the group, U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services continues to expand its teams across Relationship Management, Business Development and Analytics. “So far it’s been a record year for us in terms of new clients and new deal flow; we have not only enjoyed significant growth but it’s also been very broad in nature,” said Tom Cubitt, Head of Global Corporate Trust Services - Europe. “We’ve received some great feedback from our clients and have now strengthened our teams with some key hires.” U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services is pleased to introduce the following people to the European team: Joshua Theodore Joshua joins the growing business development team with a wealth of experience across the debt capital markets and credit markets. Joshua will mainly focus on facility agent services and administration of syndicated loan debt and brings with him strong relationships with mezzanine lenders, private equity firms, sponsors and investment banks. Haider Sarwar Haider joins the Analytics team and will focus on supporting our structured finance clients and their transactions. Haider has worked in a similar role for the past four years and has also previously covered both structured finance and CDO products. Prior to joining U.S. Bank Haider’s role involved working directly with clients on the transaction side covering a variety of deals including managed funds, NAV deals and synthetic structures. Hamyd Mazrae Hamyd Mazrae joins the Relationship Management Group and will focus on conventional debt and structured finance transactions. Hamyd joins having previously worked in a client service team for 6 years at a large U.S. corporate trust provider. Hamyd brings significant experience in the corporate and sovereign debt space particularly across Western Europe and the Nordics.
