U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services Focus on Infrastructure
U.S. Bank is pleased to announce its appointment by Euroclear and Clearstream as a Common Depositary, Common Service Provider and Common Safekeeper. This acknowledgment of its commitment to Corporate Trust services and solid infrastructure will bring added benefits to issuers, their advisers and compliments the Bank’s role as issuing and paying agent.

This widens the number of services Global Corporate Trust Services can provide directly and further supports the group’s one-stop-shop solution in our drive for operational efficiency.
