Resource Center which provides access to online cardmember
applications, report downloads and more via our secured website
at https://clientaccess.elanfinancialservices.com. The Client
Resource Center is where one finds all updates and materials
related to the `portfolioName` Credit Card program.

The new assigned User ID is noted below. The system will prompt 
the user to enter the ID and password that was created when 
access to the site was requested.

User ID: `userID`
Employee Name: `firstName` `lastName`
Employee Phone: `phoneNum`
Location Code: `locationCode`
Financial Institution Name: `locationName`

Please note:  If the site is not entered within 90 days, the
password will automatically expire. We encourage entering the
site frequently to ensure the User ID and password remain
active. When the password expires, the system will prompt for a
change to the password.

please contact Client Services by
calling `helpPhone`.
