1To qualify, customers must sign up for at least one eBill within U.S. Bank Internet Bill Pay by April 30, 2012. $5 will be deposited directly into the qualifying customer's checking account by May 15, 2012. Checking account must be open to receive the $5 deposit. $5 will be reported as Interest Earned on IRS form 1099-MISC and the customer is responsible for all applicable taxes.
