What is My HSA Rewards?
This program (no cost to you) is designed to add more money to your Health Savings Account (HSA) by contributing tax deductible cash back rewards on purchases from participating companies like Target.com, HomeDepot.com, Nike.com, Sears.com, BestBuy.com, and hundreds more.

How it works
After each online purchase made with your personal credit or debit card thru the My HSA Rewards Online Store, depending on the merchant, a percentage of your purchase amount will be deposited into your My HSA Rewards account. Once you accumulate $50 in cash back reward money, you can transfer the funds into your U.S. Bank HSA. (Note: reward money deposited into your HSA counts toward the annual maximum contribution limit.)

How to get started
Simply visit the Healthcare Toolbox on our website at www.myhsa.usbank.com and click on the My HSA Rewards logo. You can then set up your My HSA Rewards account by clicking the Join Now button. Once your account is set up, select the "Shop and Earn" tab that will lead you to the Online Mall.
