Your quarterly, current FlexPoints balance is calculated as follows: starting with your FlexPoints balance from the end of the last quarter, we add your FlexPoints earned or awarded as of your statement closing date in the last month of the current quarter, then we subtract FlexPoints redeemed as of the last calendar day of the quarter. Your current FlexPoints balance will not reflect FlexPoints earned if they occurred between your statement closing date and the last calendar day of the quarter.
U.S. Bank and/or Maritz may change or terminate participating merchants; withdraw, limit, modify or cancel any rewards; add an unlimited number of blackout dates; or increase the number of FlexPoints required for any award travel at any time without advance notice, even though such changes may affect the accrual or value of FlexPoints or rewards.
