1 Checking That Pays offers reward programs for check cards that can be added to any U.S. Bank personal checking account. Only signature-based purchases qualify for rewards. Cash advances, ATM transactions and purchases made with a PIN do not qualify. All reward programs subject to change without prior notification. Earned rewards may be lost if customers choose to switch check card reward programs. Not all ATMs accept deposits and payments.

2 Report a lost or stolen card right away. Upon claim verification, your account will be credited for lost funds on the next business day. U.S. issued cards only. The U.S. Bank Zero Liability Policy does not apply to ATM transactions, or to PIN transactions not processed by Visa. See the "Your Deposit Account Agreement" brochure for details. Transaction fees may apply when used at non-U.S. Bank ATMs.

3 WorldPerks Visa Check Card and WorldPerks Visa Gold Check Card: One-time Enrollment Bonus Miles will be awarded when you pay the annual fee. Please allow 6-8 weeks for Bonus Miles to be credited to your WorldPerks account. The Annual Fee is $20 for the WorldPerks Visa Check Card and $55 for the WorldPerks Visa Gold Check Card and will be billed automatically at account opening or transfer and every anniversary thereafter.
