*U.S. Bank EquiLine home equity lines of credit Annual Percentage
Rates (APR) will vary at Prime Rate as published in The Wall
Street Journal. As of April 27, 2007, the variable rates for
lines of credit range from 8.25% APR (for loan to values of 80%
or less) to 11.25% APR (for loan to values of 100% or more) in
conjunction with any new or existing U.S. Bank checking account. 
There is a floor rate of 4.99% APR. The rate will not exceed 25%
APR. An annual fee of up to $90 may apply after the first year. 
A $50 set-up fee is waived for the first Fixed Rate Option
request but applies to subsequent requests. Fixed rate home
equity installment loans are also available and priced
separately. 0.50% discount requires automatic payment from a
U.S. Bank checking account. Contact us for installment loan rate
information. Offer is subject to normal credit approval. 
Property insurance is required. Rates subject to change. Some
restrictions may apply. Interest on amounts exceeding 100% of
available equity is not tax deductible. Consult your tax advisor
