U.S. Bank Visa Buxx(R) would like to remind you of some recent
changes that were made to the U.S. Bank Visa(R) Buxx Cardholder
Agreement. We would also like to take this opportunity to inform
you about ways your teen can avoid certain fees that are
associated with their Visa Buxx Card.

U.S. Bank Visa(R) Buxx Cardholder Agreement

- The maximum ATM withdrawal per transaction was lowered from
$500 to $200. However, your teen may make up to three withdrawals
per 24-hour period.

- The authorization for pay-at-the-pump fuel purchases has
increased from $10 to $25. This $25 hold will be replaced by the
actual purchase amount when the transaction posts to your teen's
account within two business days. To prevent the hold, your teen
should pay inside for their fuel purchase.

- There is a $1.50 fee for performing a balance inquiry at the
ATM, and there is a $0.75 fee if your teen's ATM withdrawal is
declined. To avoid these fees, teens should check their balance
online for free at usbank.com/visabuxx before leaving home.

- There is a $2.00 inactive card fee which will be charged after
90 days of inactivity. The fee is charged monthly until the card
becomes active again. To avoid this fee, your teen should use
their card to make a purchase or withdrawal at least once every
90 days. Loading funds to the card will also keep the card active.

It's also important to remember that if you fund your teen's Visa
Buxx Card with a transfer from your checking or savings account,
the balance will be available within three to five business days.
However, if you fund your teen's Visa Buxx Card with a check
card, credit card or via payroll direct deposit, the balance will
be available immediately (barring technical problems).
