at no cost for 6 months, U.S. Bank will alert
PrivacyGuard. Allow 6-8 weeks for Privacy Guard
to deliver your membership kit, then complete and
return the enclosed form in your membership kit
to activate your credit monitoring service. Daily
monitoring will notify members of any inquiries,
significant changes in credit score, certain
derogatory information, or accounts that have
been added to their credit reports as reported
by a national credit reporting agency. If no
information has been added or changed, then the
member will receive a quarterly notification
stating that no information has changed within
their credit file. PrivacyGuard is a service
provided by Trilegiant Corporation in
conjunction with Alliance Marketing Association
(the "Association"). Upon enrollment in the
PrivacyGuard service, you will automatically be
admitted as a member of the Association through
which you will receive your PrivacyGuard
