Great news! As you requested, your account has been switched to the Fido Mastercard. You will receive your new card in the mail in 7 to 10 days. Your existing credit card will remain active for 60 days.
In the meantime:

To redeem rewards, please activate your new card and apply cash back towards any eligible purchase you make with your Fido Mastercard.
You can access your online account at rogersbank.com to view your transactions, statements and rewards. If you wish to modify your account, you will need to activate your new card.
If you are currently registered for Rogers Bank alerts, you will need to activate your new card to receive notifications.
Once you receive your new Fido Mastercard:
Please call 1-855-224-9782 and enter your preferred phone number when prompted to activate your card. Your preferred phone number we have on file is: 514-690-0223.
Once you have activated your new Fido Mastercard, please destroy your old card.
If you have any pre-authorized payments set up, you will need to update these with your new card number.
