Offer Details: The offer includes three (3) night's accommodation in a two-bedroom apartment at Marriott's Playa Andaluza1 or Marriott's Marbella Beach Resort2, a hire car for four (4) days and 25,000 Marriott Rewards points (subject to applicable Marriott Rewards programme terms and conditions). Please allow 6 to 8 weeks after your stay for Marriott Rewards points to be deposited into your account. Offer subject to availability. Depending on availability, alternative accommodation may be offered in a Marriott Vacation Club selected hotel. Meals are not included for guests staying at a Marriott Vacation Club Resort. Please note that pets are not allowed with the exception of guide and assistance dogs. Airfare, transportation other than the rental car, additional expenses and applicable taxes, if any, are not included. Subject to availability guests can extend their stay. Additional nights will be charged separately at the standard rate.
Qualification: This offer is open to residents of the EU, Switzerland and Norway. This promotional offer is designed for couples aged between 30 and 70 with a joint annual income in excess of £65.000/€75.000. It is based on two adults sharing an accommodation, including but not limited to an apartment, townhouse or hotel room. Attendance at a sales presentation lasting approximately 90 minutes about Marriott Vacation Club International is required to qualify for this offer. Should you be booked as a qualified couple (including spouse/partner), it is a condition of this offer to travel and attend the presentation together to receive this offer. If you (as part of a qualified couple) or your partner/spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the offer will be payable. Full retail cost of the offer is specified in the pricing section below. Should you not qualify you may travel at the non-subsidised offer price.
Restrictions: No group bookings. This offer is non-transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. This offer is not available to MVCI holiday owners, to individuals who have previously taken advantage of this offer or any other MVCI holiday offer, or to employees of Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members.
Pricing: The full offer price of £279/€329 per couple applies for travel between 1st of November 2018 to 30th of April 2019. An additional £70/€80 nightly supplement is payable for travel from, 8th to 26th April 2019. The offer price is payable at time of booking. Cost of the offer is subsidised by Marriott Vacation Club International. Full retail cost of the offer is up to £1058 / €1202 per package and is based on current prices at time of print which are subject to change without notice. Retail value of the accommodation is up to £200 / €227 per night. Retail value of the car hire is up to £224/€254, retail value of the Marriott Reward Points is £234 / 267€. The use of the promotional offer accommodation shall not entitle you to any Marriott Rewards points apart from the points included in this offer.
Car Rental: Hire car includes cost of a 4- door economy with manual transmission car (VW Polo or equivalent) for a four (4) day stay only on supplier's conditions of use and excludes other supplemental charges as advised during booking process, e.g. Super CDW, Petrol, etc. Unlimited Mileage, Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection are included. Any additional insurance required is payable by the customer. Drivers must be aged over 21 and must present a valid driving license at collection which was obtained at least 2 years prior to rental day. Car hire supplier will take a credit card deposit to cover any additional costs incurred by the customer over and above those stated above. Changes within 30 days of arrival date cannot guarantee car availability.
Expiry Date: Packages must be purchased by 15th November 2018. All guests must travel between 1st of November 2018 to 30th of April 2019. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once and the new travel dates must fall within the specified dates. A flat £75/€100 reschedule fee applies. Rescheduling is not possible within 30 days of arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel your offer and/or reservation, for verification purposes you must do so in writing, signed by the lead name on the booking to Customer Service Department, Marriott's Playa Andaluza, MVCI Playa Andaluza Holidays S.L., Holiday Preview, Ctra. De Cádiz a Málaga, Km. 168, 29680, Estepona, Spain, or Fax +34 951 082 398. To cover the cost of processing the cancellation and to compensate for other inherent business prejudice, there is a cancellation charge based on the following scale: 40% of the subsidised offer price for open dated packages purchased but not booked; 60% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked and cancelled 31 days or more before arrival date; and 100% of the subsidised offer price for packages purchased, booked and cancelled 30 days or less before arrival date. In the event Marriott Vacation Club International decide unilaterally to cancel this offer, it shall compensate and refund you any money paid. We therefore recommend you obtain travel insurance to cover any losses you may incur.
Operator's Insolvency: This package travel is organised and promoted by MVCI Europe Ltd. Arrangements have been made pursuant to the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations to safeguard your monies paid in conjunction with this offer and to cover the cost of the package in the event of the operator's insolvency.
