Rewards program and exclusive offer terms and conditions

You must be signed up to the My Print Rewards program and signed in with a user name & password to HP Home & Home Store to participate in the rewards savings program. Only purchases of ink, toner, & paper from HP Home & Home Office Store are eligible for rewards savings. Your rewards tier savings discount is based on the number of qualifying orders you have made in the past 12 months. Each individual order that includes $50 or more of HP ink, toner, or paper represents a qualifying order for this program.

Updates to your order history & program status will be made within 24 hours of any change in your order history or program status. As a result, your rewards savings discount will take effect within 24 hours of your qualification. Purchase history reflects recognition of orders as determined by HP Home & Home Office Store.

Only purchases made while signed into your HP Home & Home Office Account count toward your purchase history that determines your rewards savings discount. Upon sign-up for this program, HP will review your past 12 month purchase history with HP Home & Home Office Store to credit you for any previous qualifying purchases made on your account. When you have qualified for a rewards savings discount, that discount will be valid for 12 months from the date of qualification. You will start to receive your reward savings discount on your next order after qualifying. Purchases made prior your qualification for a rewards savings discount are not eligible for the discount.

Upon on the expiration of that 12 month period, your rewards savings status will then be determined based on the number of qualifying orders you have made during the previous 12 months. While qualified for either the silver or gold discount, you may qualify for the next higher tier by making the additional required purchases. Upon qualification for a new tier, the new discount will be then be valid for 12 months from that date.

Rewards savings discount can be combined with exclusive offers and other promotional offers on ink, toner, and paper from HP Home & Home Office Store. Your rewards savings discount will be specifically applied after any other applicable offers and discounts. There are no minimum purchase requirements. Rewards savings discount can not be combined with Employee Purchase Program / Academic Purchase Program / HP Employee Purchase Program program discounts.

Orders that are refused or returned will not count towards your eligibility or participation in the rewards savings program. Your rewards savings discount is not transferable. Rewards savings discounts are not valid for any resale activity as defined by HP Home & Home Office Store. Participation in the rewards savings program is subject to review and termination if program terms and conditions have been breached. Rewards savings program are subject to change or cancellation at any time, which could include the termination of any accrued right to continuing discounts.
