Hewlett-Packard has asked Boston Research Group to conduct an important study concerning your HP printer. In appreciation for your participation HP would like to donate up to $5,000 to charity but needs your help deciding how to split that money among the following charities:

* American Cancer Society
* American Red Cross
* Nature Conservancy

Please take our Printer Survey and then vote for a charity. Each vote is worth a minimum of $1 for that charity. A minimum of $3,000 (US dollars) will be donated to charity. If the maximum number of people respond to the survey, the total donation could be as high as $5,000.

The survey will only take about 15-20 minutes of your time, and your responses will greatly assist HP in its ability to meet the needs of its customers.
