1. Meijer will deliver up to 100 4”x6”, 2 5”x7” or 2 8”x10” Express Digital Prints in 15 minutes, or we will provide an additional 20% o? your retail price. 15 minute print time is based on when your Express order is submitted at an instore kiosk or when we receive an online Express order at the store.
2. Meijer promises that any HP print created at a Meijer store will last 100 years before the first fade; or simply bring in your picture and a digital file of that picture, and we will reprint at no charge.
3. Meijer will deliver HP Photo Books, poster prints or calendars in one hour or we will provide an additional 20% off your retail price. One hour print time is based on when your order is submitted at an in-store kiosk or when we receive an online order at the store. Guarantee is based on equipment capacity. Meijer Grand Re-Opening Sweepstakes Official Rules 1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. 2. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 3. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins on 3/30/08 and ends on 4/30/08. Enter one of two ways: Fill out entry form completely and drop it into your local Meijer store’s drawing barrel located in the HP photo center or on a 3x5 card indicate your name, address, phone number, and mail to Meijer/HP Grand Re-Opening Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 1953, Grand Rapids, MI 49501-1953. All in-store entries must be received by close of business on 4/30/08. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by 4/30/08 and received by 5/14/08. Limit one entry per person/household/per day. No copies or mechanical reproductions of entries will be accepted. Neither Meijer, HP or Mason Creations nor any of their employees, representatives or agencies, is responsible for lost, late, damaged, delayed, destroyed, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete or illegible entries. Entrants need not be present to win. Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of the sponsor and will not be returned. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.S. residents of Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky and Indiana who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Meijer and their respective affiliate companies, parents, subsidiaries, agents, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families or persons residing in the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. 5. DRAWING: Each Meijer store will hold five total drawings, one per week, during the sweepstakes. Drawings will be held on 4/2/08, 4/9/08, 4/16/08, 4/23/08 and 4/30/08. Sponsor will select one winner at each store, each week, from all eligible entries submitted in a random drawing on the dates listed above. Five additional mail-in prizes will be drawn from all eligible entries on or about 5/21/08. Limit one (1) prize per household. Entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified by phone or mail. Winners will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within 14 days of notification in order to receive the prizes. In the event of non-compliance with these requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If prize/prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. 6. PRIZES/ODDS OF WINNING PRIZE: Prizes are one (1) HP Photo Creations package, consisting of a one (1) 11x 8.5 HP Photo Book with premium cover and 10 pages, one (1) 24x36 photo collage poster, and one (1) photo calendar (Actual Retail Value of each prize: $76.97). ALL prizes will be awarded in the form of HP Photo coupons. All other costs associated with the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local regulations apply. Prizes are non-transferable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. All taxes or expenses, including, without limitation, sales tax, luxury tax and any other costs incurred in claiming or using any of the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. No prize substitution or cash equivalent of prize, except at sponsor’s sole discretion, and then only for a prize of equal or greater value. 7. Acceptance of prize shall constitute and signify the winner’s agreement and consent that Sponsor may use his/her name address (city and state only), likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation, where legal. 8.
