We heard from you that you wanted better connectivity. So we just launched an update to your Lyric thermostat that improves your wireless connection. Your updated thermostat should now stay connected, and reconnect seamlessly. The new update will also remove router incompatibility challenges for select routers.

What we need to do:

If your Lyric thermostat is connected via Wi-Fi, you don't need to do anything — it will update automatically. You can confirm your update by checking your thermostat version number in your Lyric app settings. It should display Version: 01.01.09.03.

If your thermostat has not received the update, your will need to make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi. If your Lyric thermostat is offline, remove the face from the wall plate. Wait 10 seconds then gently press it back to the wall plate. The thermostat will glow and pulse and will reconnect.

You may also need to replace your lithium battery.
