MasterCard Security Alerts for each new compromise card case are linked to messages on the Connect site and posted in the Customer Bulletins section of the Workstation site. The case numbers are: - MasterCard Compromise Case No. MCA0017-US-10 - MasterCard Compromise Case No. MCA1583-EU-09 An instruction sheet is posted for the Security Alerts. Please disregard the date and do not use the "Procedures for Issuer Reimbursement" mentioned in each MasterCard Security Alert. Elan will aggregate all responses before they are submitted to MasterCard. Only reimbursement claims submitted by Elan will be processed by MasterCard. Complete one Reimbursement Form for each compromise card case. The Reimbursement Form is an Excel spreadsheet which may be obtained by calling Elan at 800.456.4307. A completed Reimbursement Form must be emailed to Elan for each case by Friday, May 14, 2010. Each completed Reimbursement Form must be emailed separately to Elan at mcreimburse@elanfs.com by Friday, May 14, 2010. Please put the applicable case number in the subject line of the each email message.
