Please log into the Client Resource Center of Elan Financial Services for information on MasterCard Compromise Card Reimbursement cases. MasterCard Security Alerts for each compromise card case are posted under the ATM & Debit Customers menu => Product Information => Product Announcements & Updates. There are two (2) new MasterCard compromise card cases. The case numbers are:
Please disregard the date and do not use the "Procedures for Issuer Reimbursement" mentioned in each MasterCard Security Alert. Elan will aggregate all responses before they are submitted to MasterCard. Only reimbursement claims submitted by Elan will be processed by MasterCard. Complete one Reimbursement Form for each compromise card case. A completed Reimbursement Form must be returned to Elan for each case by Friday, May 14, 2010 The Reimbursement Form is an Excel spreadsheet which is posted on the Client Resource Center under the ATM & Debit Customers menu => Product Information => Client Forms => MasterCard Compromise Reimbursement Form. Each completed Reimbursement Form must be emailed separately to Elan at mcreimburse@elanfs.com by Friday, May 14, 2010.
