Please log into the Elan Financial Services Connect or MoneyMaker
Workstation web sites for information on a MasterCard Compromise
Card Case for Reimbursement.  The MasterCard Security Alert for
compromise card case MCA0717-LAC-08 is linked to a message on the
Connect site and posted in the Customer Bulletins section of the
Workstation site.

An instruction sheet is posted for the Security Alert.

Please disregard the date and do not use the "Procedures for
Issuer Reimbursement" mentioned in the MasterCard Security Alert.
 Elan will aggregate all responses before they are submitted to
MasterCard.  Only reimbursement claims submitted by Elan will be
processed by MasterCard.

Complete a Reimbursement Form for the compromise card case.  The
Reimbursement Form is an Excel spreadsheet which may be obtained
by calling Elan at 800.456.4307.  A completed Reimbursement Form
must be emailed to Elan for the case by Friday, October 30, 2009.

The completed Reimbursement Form must be emailed to Elan at
mcreimburse@elanfs.com by Friday, October 30, 2009.  Please put
the case number in the subject line of the email message.
