A MasterCard Security Alert for compromise card case MCA0717-LAC-08 is posted under the ATM & Debit Customers menu => Product Information => Product Announcements & Updates. An instruction sheet for the Security Alert is posted on the Client Resource Center. Please disregard the date and do not use the "Procedures for Issuer Reimbursement" mentioned in the MasterCard Security Alert. Elan will aggregate all responses before they are submitted to MasterCard. Only reimbursement claims submitted by Elan will be processed by MasterCard. Complete a Reimbursement Form for the compromise card case. The completed Reimbursement Form must be returned to Elan by Friday, October 30, 2009. The Reimbursement Form is an Excel spreadsheet which is posted on the Client Resource Center under the ATM & Debit Customers menu => Product Information => Client Forms => MasterCard Compromise Reimbursement Form. The completed Reimbursement Form must be emailed to Elan at mcreimburse@elanfs.com by Friday, October 30, 2009. Please put the case number in the subject line of the email message.
