Compromise Card Cases for Reimbursement.  MasterCard Security
Alerts for two (2) new compromise card cases are linked to
messages on the Connect site and posted in the Customer Bulletins
section of the Workstation site.  The case numbers are:

MCA0368-US-08

MCA0392-EU-08

An instruction sheet is posted for the Security Alerts.

Complete one Reimbursement Form for each compromise card case. 
The Reimbursement Form is an Excel spreadsheet which may be
obtained by calling Elan.

PayCard Clients:  Elan Prepaid Client Care at 877.755.1474

A completed Reimbursement Form must be returned for each case:

For case MCA0368-US-08, by Monday, March 30, 2009

For case MCA0392-EU-08, by Tuesday, March 31, 2009
