Reimbursement cases. MasterCard Security Alerts for each
compromise card case are posted under the ATM & Debit Customers
menu => Product Information => Product Announcements & Updates.
There are two (2) new MasterCard compromise card cases. The case
numbers are:
MCA0368-US-08An instruction sheet is posted for each Security Alert. Complete one Reimbursement Form for each compromise card case. The Reimbursement Form is an Excel spreadsheet which is posted on the Client Resource Center under the ATM & Debit Customers menu => Product Information => Client Forms => MasterCard Compromise Reimbursement Form. A completed Reimbursement Form must be returned for each case: For case MCA0368-US-08, by Monday, March 30, 2009Return each completed Form by email to this address: mcreimburse@elanfs.comPlease indicate the case number in the subject line of the email.
