Please log into the Client Resource Center of Elan Financial
Services for information on MasterCard Compromise Card
Reimbursements.  MasterCard Security Alerts for each compromise
card case are posted under the ATM & Debit Customers menu =>
Product Information => Product Announcements & Updates.  There
are two new MasterCard compromise card cases.  The case numbers
are:

MCA330-SAMEA-07:  Response due to Elan by Monday, 07/07/2008

MCA1174-US-07:  Response due to Elan by Monday, 07/14/2008

An instruction sheet is posted for each of the Security Alerts.

Complete one Reimbursement Form for each compromise card case. 
The Reimbursement Form is an Excel spreadsheet which is posted on
the Client Resource Center under the ATM & Debit Customers menu
=> Product Information => Client Forms => MasterCard Compromise
Reimbursement Form.  The Reimbursement Form may also be obtained
by using the link on the Instruction sheet for each compromise
card case.

Completed Reimbursement Forms must be returned to Elan by Monday,
07/07/2008 for case MCA330-SAMEA-07 and by Monday, 07/14/2008 for
case MCA1174-US-07.  Return each Form by email to this address:

mcreimburse@elanfs.com

Please indicate the case number in the subject line of the email.
