Keep a TAB on Fraud

In addition to FraudWatch and FraudWatchPLUS, Elan offers a 
fraud tool we call TAB (Transaction Authorization Block).  
This tool places even more control in the hands of the financial 
institution to protect itself from a variety of fraudulent activities.
