Notice of Discontinuing Mailing of
Settlement Advice


December 18, 2007

As you are aware, Elan's monthly reports are available online
via http://www.elanfinancialservices.com.

Effective December month-end, Elan will no longer produce and
mail the paper settlement advice notice.  The Settlement Report
is available online and is the replacement of the paper notice
you may currently receive in the mail.  The Settlement Report
can be found under the Report Category “Income” and the Report
Type "Settlement Report".

For additional information, please refer to the Online Report
User Guide also available on line. Page 60 references the
Settlement Report.

Please share this information with others at your office as
necessary.  To assist, a paper copy of this notice will be
mailed to the settlement contact who currently receives the
settlement advice notice.
